Text Box: Cllr. Bill Cowie, joined St.Asaph Town Council in 2004 and is currently  Mayor. Bill was born in North East England and served in Kinmel Park Camp from 1956-1959 as a drill instructor. He was married to his late wife Maureen, a local girl, in 1958. Bill was a police inspector with the North Wales Police until he retired.
